7-day return policy is offered with free shipping. You can request return within 7 days from the date you received your order.
Return Policy
The following conditions apply to returns:
All returns must be in original condition, without having been worn, washed, ironed, altered or damaged.
All returns must be in sellable condition, the security tags and labels still be intact and attached to the items.
All returns must be in the original packaging and together with accessories, including cases, hangers, garment covers, etc.
All purchase documents must be returned, including invoice, receipt, etc.
ANEST COLLECTIVE reserves the right to reject the item that does not match the return policy.
Return Process
ANEST COLLECTIVE supports online return. All returns will be at ANEST COLLECTIVE’s expense
MAINLAND CHINA, HONG KONG, MACAO AND TAIWAN
All returns will executed by SF EXPRESS. The following steps are return process:
- Go to “MY ORDER” to find the item wish to return. Click “RETURN” button to request the return and select the reason.
- Schedule a pick-up time with our customer service via live chat, WeChat or Email (customerservice@anestcollective.com). Please provide the following information: Name, Phone number, Order number, Pick-up address ,Pick-up date and time. When the courier is successfully arranged, you will receive a confirmation message.
- Place all return items with the original packaging into the shipping box and tape securely. Your local SF EXPRESS courier will contact you to pick up the parcel.
- Return checking will be processed in 2 business days when we receive the items. Once all return requirements have been met, you will be notified the refund process by message.
OTHER ASIAN COUNTRIES AND EUROPE
Another returns will executed by DHL Express. The following steps are return process:
- Go to “MY ORDER” to find the item wish to return. Click “RETURN” button to request the return and select the reason.
- Schedule a pick-up with our customer service via live chat, WeChat or Email (customerservice@anestcollective.com). Please provide the following information: Name, Phone number, Order number, Pick-up address.
- When the courier is successfully arranged, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail with tracking number and return instructions.
- Contact to your nearest DHL service point to arrange the exact pick-up time.
- Please wait until the courier confirms then close the package securely and attach the DHL label for the return shipment to the package.
- Return checking will be processed in 2 business days when we receive the items. Once all return requirements have been met, you will be notified the refund process by message.
